Ever wonder where a bout of self-consciousnes and low self-esteem may com from? Think about the messages we receive daily from those we love and who love us. Those messages which are meant to “guide us” to betterment.

I received one such message yesterday afternoon from none other than my own father. “That’s a nice dress, honey. Too bad the colors are all wrong for you.”

WTF?!?!
