New Toys
For Yule this year I got a new toy. Something I’ve been requesting for a couple of years now… a camera!!! Woot! It isn’t a major 35mm type professional thing, but it is an awesome 12MP that also takes videos.
I’m still trying to figure out how to work all the options. I’ve been using it since Christmas day and you can see the pictures I have taken over there in my Flickr stream. But today I thought I’d try the video feature. Though the camera did fine, due to my freezing brain, fingers, cheeks and watering eyes, I flubbed through the audio. But it was still COOL.
Here is my disaster of a video. Yes, I know it’s January 3rd. I’m also aware it is 2010. But at 28 degrees outside (I thought it was still up in the 30s) and dressed inappropriately as I was, you get inane ramblings.
