Oh, yes. I have them. I don’t normally share them, but I do have them. My biggest for this year? To get healthy and lose weight. That appears to be two, but they go hand in hand.
I’ve done well since New Year’s Day. Stuck to the diet portion, anyway. A bit rocky back there on the anniversary day, but still, not too far off. My birthday will probably be a bust. I do so want a piece of red velvet cake.
Starting tomorrow I am adding exercise back in the mix. Due to crazy hours, early nights and no money for a gym membership, I haven’t had much chance to work out. But I have a slightly different mindset. Sit ups, walking up and down stairs and dancing around the house can all be considered exercise. On days I can get outside (like Saturdays and Sundays) I can go to the park and start walking/jogging again, but for days I can’t, a good 50 or so sit ups and push ups can go a long way.
