You may have seen this image over there in my Flickr stream already, but this is, hands down, one of my favorite pictures.

Here is the September calendar page. The tree is one of the maples outside our offices at work. I was so glad I took the picture when I did as the following day most of the leaves had already fallen.

God, I can’t believe it’s August already. Where has the time gone. Munchkin is back in school, 6th grade. A big fish this year. Hopefully he’ll take to it well.

Last year we went to Cape Cod for vacation. The trip started out disastrous, got pretty good (bordering on fantastic) once we arrived, stayed longer than we meant (due to the earlier disaster), then we came home to more disaster.
